Finkon CAA was established and is managed by Sergii Malynovskyi. I bring a 360° perspective to the trade and investment ecosystem. Since 2005, I have dedicated my career exclusively to international trade and business development, supporting SMEs in diverse sectors, advising governments, designing donor programmes, and collaborating with IFIs. Having sat on every side, corporate, donor, government, and IFI, I understand the perspectives, incentives, and constraints of each stakeholder, and I help bridge them to achieve results. As a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP®|FIBP®), I combine globally recognised expertise with nearly two decades of hands-on experience across Europe, Ukraine, and frontier markets

With experience across EU, USAID, GIZ, GAC, NEFCO, and others, I bring both programme management expertise and an understanding of ground-level realities.

From shaping concepts and writing narratives to aligning with donor priorities and demonstrating impact, I guide clients through every stage of the process to maximise their chances of success.
